Policy

APPOINTMENT POLICY

  • Please be on time to your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be considered a No Show.
  • Canceling less than 24 hours without rescheduling will be considered a “No Show”. No Shows will lose the booking deposit fee.  Clients are allowed one rescheduling request; however, the second rescheduling request will necessitate a new booking deposit.
  • One (1) guest is allowed (no children and pets) unless specifically approved by studio prior to the appointment.
  • One time touch up (if necessary) is complimentary within 6-8 weeks of initial appointment. Touchup requests made after the complimentary period after initial appointment will be considered a “Maintenance Touch Up” and be subject to the service fee listed on our Services page.
  • If you No Show twice with us, you will not be allowed to book. As noted, a No Show for an appointment forfeits the booking deposit associated with that service.

STUDIO POLICY

  • Services provided cannot be refunded. We encourage active client participation and feedback during the consultation process of the appointment. Therefore, by consenting to be treated, it is understood that the client accepts this policy.
  • We have the right to refuse or terminate a service for any reason at any time. Not being able to receive a touch up because we have made the decision to refuse to provide a follow up/touch up service to a client will not result in a refund of the initial appointment.
  • Touch up appointments will only be provided by the artist that provided the first initial appointment.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking (not in the case of rescheduling).

PREVIOUS WORK POLICY

  • We highly encourage you to send a picture of your face (selfie with no makeup) prior to or immediately following your booking. 
  • If you do not tell us prior to your appointment that you have had previous work done, or if you send us a misleading pictures of how light in color your previous work is (makeup to cover the true pigment color of previous work, filter, etc.) and we cannot work on them, then the appointment will be denied and you will forfeit the booking deposit.
  • If, at the discretion of Rani V Beauty, your previous work is approved but the extent of the scarring is determined to negatively affect your outcome, your appointment will be canceled and we will refund your booking deposit.

SERVICE POLICY

Please note that, if you have any of the contraindications listed below, you are not eligible to have your PMU procedure: 

  • Under 18 years of age
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs (recreational or illicit)
  • Taking blood thinning medication
  • Skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated
  • Prone to keloids or hypertrophic scarring
  • Have glaucoma
  • Active cold sores or fever blisters
  • Taken Accutane within the past 12 months
  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
The following conditions require a note from your medical doctor to allow you to receive your PMU procedure: 
  • Diabetes (Type I or Type II)
  • Have hyperthyroid disease or are on thyroid medication
  • Seizures
  • Autoimmune disease (e.g., vitiligo, rheumatoid arthritis)
  • HIV or AIDS
  • Hepatitis (all types)
  • Hemophilia
  • Congenital heart disease, mitral valve replacement, or pacemaker
